The entrances is on 34th Street-Herald Square subway station and on 33rd Street-PATH station. There are many department stores in the Manhattan Mall because there are many levels to the mall. The mall was opened in the year 1989. A&S was the original name for the mall but was renamed because the name "disappeared." Another great shopping place is on Broadway. Broadway became one-way south of Canal Street on June 3, 1962. On November 10, 1963, Broadway became one-way southbound from Herald Square to Madison Square and Union Square. The shops probably aren't as big as the ones in the mall but, they have very friendly services. Soho is also a great place to shop in Manhattan. It consist of many small stores but, the quality of the stuff in the stores is great. Seaport is a great shopping center. There are stores outside on the port and inside which is the mall. The mall has three levels and you can find about anything there. You can find dresses, regular clothing, accessories, home appliances and many more.
